Rates:
Standard rate is £70 per night. Check-in any day of the week.
Discounts may be available for stays of multiple weeks - please enquire for details.
All Prices include heating, lighting & local taxes.
We accept cash (GBP), Bank transfer, or Sterling cheque.
No credit card payments.
Entry between 5 - 9pm. Vacate by 11am or by prior arrangement.

Conditions of Rental

  1. Maximum of family of 4 persons or 3 singles staying (plus baby or toddler)
  2. No smoking allowed in apartment or stairwells.
  3. Sorry, no pets.
  4. No subletting, or "hot-bedding".
  5. The apartment must be kept and left in a clean & tidy state.
  6. No commercial business may be carried out within or from the premises.
The return of your deposit is subject to adherence of the above conditions.
